She now practices her Nutritional consultations individually; over the phone, via zoom or in person or at a health market/over coffee.

 

Session can be used for a whole family or couple, individuals and can focus on ways to include more fruits and veggies, meal plan/budget, learn to order well while out, pick cleaner beauty and home products, look for ways to include your favorite foods in your meals weekly by swapping out ingredients and making those naughty treats healthier. We can take a look at your life/lives using a Holistic approach and find practices that may benefit your overall health in an easy to apply way.
