In 2020, The Hoboken Shelter has taken on new challenges. As the COVID-19 public health emergency continues, those facing homelessness are especially at risk. Now, more than ever, our community needs us. And we need you.  

Thanks to you, The Hoboken Shelter has housed Veteran James R., through our Permanent Supportive Housing Program (PSHP), in a beautiful apartment built by the Hoboken American Legion Post 107.

Our ultimate goal is to end homelessness, one person at a time!

In addition to sheltering and serving, The Hoboken Shelter provides an array of support services such as case management, counseling, and emergency homelessness prevention grants. Through these services we aim to help our guests develop the skills they need to gain employment, achieve independence, and re-integrate into the community.
